My name is Michael S. Nakh, and I am a first-generation attorney. My path to practicing law began under challenging circumstances when I was sued for a million dollars by a con artist shortly after opening my first business. This experience placed immense stress on both me and my family. It was then that I realized my calling was to pursue a career in law to assist not only myself, but also others who might find themselves in similar predicaments.

Unlike many attorneys, my background is not solely in law. Having had a different career before becoming an attorney provides me with unique insights into various industries and the people within them. I believe my diverse experiences and knowledge enhances my understanding and approach to legal issues. Beyond practicing law, I am also dedicated to educating the next generation of lawyers as a law professor and mentor.
