My name is Michael S. Nakh, and I am a first-generation attorney who passed both the California Bar Examination and First Year Law Student Exam ("Baby Bar") on my first attempt. My path to law began when I was sued for a million dollars by a con artist shortly after opening my first business. This pivotal experience led to working with an exceptional attorney who helped resolve my case, and I realized my calling was to pursue a career in law—not just to protect myself, but to help others navigate difficult legal situations.

I built and operated a successful company serving everyone from individual clients to celebrities, high-net-worth individuals, large corporations, and governmental agencies. The company earned media recognition and multiple awards while successfully expanding through strategic acquisitions. My real estate experience spans roles as a licensed agent, acquisition analyst, and commercial property manager with a proven track record of purchasing properties at auctions. I also worked as an insurance agent handling comprehensive coverage across all lines, and as a music producer with credits alongside famous artists, giving me firsthand experience with intellectual property, entertainment contracts, and creative industry dynamics. Additionally, I am a certified paralegal, which gives me a comprehensive understanding of the legal field from multiple perspectives.
